Conference rooms at Medical Valley Forchheim for rent
Are you planning a seminar, a conference or a lecture?
At the MVC, modern seminar rooms are at your disposal, which you can rent for your event from Monday to Friday on request. For events, the HiroSakao restaurant will be happy to assist you with catering.
They are equipped with:
- Tableware (glasses, cups, etc.)
- Projector with VGA and HDMI connection
- Flipchart
- Presentation boards
- Power connection
- W-LAN
Extension cords, markers, pins for felt walls are not included.
Our room offers
- Conference room 1: 69 m² max. 40 persons
- Conference room 3: 69 m² max. 40 persons
There is also the possibility to rent both conference rooms as a unit. This can only be done by arrangement.
The conference rooms can only be rented by the hour. The minimum booking duration is two hours.
We are also happy to arrange seating in the conference rooms according to your wishes. This can only be done by arrangement. Our facility management Apleona HSG will charge the following expenses for this.
- Seating in a conference room: € 120 net
- Seating in both conference rooms: € 200 net

- For registered users (MVC tenants): via login. If you do not yet have an account, please request one from the centre management. The conference rooms are available to tenants of the centre free of charge.

- Booking fee: 50 € net/hour
- You will receive the key by arrangement from the centre management (ground floor room 0.2.03.)
- Smoking ban
- Food and drinks ordered through HiroSakao are invoiced separately. An external catering service can also be ordered at any time.
