At the MVC, modern seminar rooms are at your disposal, which you can rent for your event from Monday to Friday on request. For events, the HiroSakao restaurant will be happy to assist you with catering.

It is possible to rent the two conference rooms as a unit.
The conference rooms can be rented by the hour only, with a minimum booking period of two hours
Upon request, we are happy to arrange the conference rooms according to your wishes.

Our Facility Management Apleona HSG will charge the following expenses for personalized seating arrangements.

  • Setup for one of the conference rooms – flat rate: €100,00 net
  • Setup for both conference rooms – flat rate: €180,00 net.

  • For registered users (tenants i. MVC): via login. If you do not yet have an account, please request one from the center management.
    The conference rooms are available to center tenants free of charge.

  • Booking fee: 30 € net per hour. Food and beverages ordered from HiroSakao are invoiced separately. An external catering service can also be ordered at any time.
